The temperament test takes about 30 minutes. We will introduce dogs to your dog to see how they react. We look out for aggression, stress and undesirable behaviours (e.g. marking and humping). Unfortunately, we do reject dogs if they do not have good social etiquette as we try to keep the environment happy and clean. Once your dog pass the temperament test, we will brief you on the routines and discuss on their needs.

Our check-in and check-out timings are between 11am and 5pm. If you have special timing requests, please check with us.

Please make sure annual vaccination, kennel cough vaccination, tick preventives are up to date.
For dogs above 8 years old, please check with your vet if they are fit for boarding.

No. Some dogs are sensitive to change of food and we do not want to risk them having diarrhea while they are under our care.

First, we check with you whether you would like us to send to the vet. If you are not contactable, we will use our discretion. If you have a preferred vet, please let us know in advance. Please note that vet bills will be borne by the owner, unless it’s due to our negligence.
